Synopsis
Following a great director, Radu Mihaileanu, in the preparation of his next feature film shot in Bucharest, to show from inside the reasons for the cinematic effervescence that has taken hold of the Romanian capital since 2001. An effervescence due to a new generation of filmmakers who have produced a powerful production and whose films have inflamed year after year festivals all over the world, winning numerous awards, to the supreme crown: the Palme d’Or in Cannes in May 2007.
