Nestled between homes on a quiet Romanian backstreet lies an old Communist film storage building. Mostly gutted out now and in a state of disrepair, strangely there are still a few rooms almost completely filled with reels and reels of 35mm film. The depot was abandoned in the early 2000s. A local initiative has tried to gather support to restore the building, with hopes of turning it into a screening venue and a museum of Romanian cinema.
